Shipping & Refunds Policy
Shipping:
All products will be shipped same day with orders received before 1pm,
providing sufficient stock is held. For urgent next day delivery please contact us directly via telephone: 01342 844844 (UK only).
For orders received after 1pm we will ship next working day.
Cost for shipping is as follows:
UK: Next Day Delivery with DPD £15.00 per order
International: UPS £25.00 per order
Orders above £500.00 qualify for free shipping.
Returns Policy:
Please refer to the following information when returning products delivered from the antibacterialshower.co.uk website.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the products fault within 3 working days of it being delivered to you.
To arrange for the product to be collected, e-mail sales@dupaluk.com or call us on 01342 844844 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. Once the product has been collected, we will either provide a replacement or process a refund.
You can also choose to return the product to our address, found in the footer below, with proof of purchase, for a full refund including delivery charge.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
